Personal Lines Account Executive Location: Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented individual with high personal standards for ethical conduct and a hands-on work style. This position requires an individual who is comfortable working at a varying pace, addressing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often, and managing frequent interruptions. What You'll Do

Gather rates from carriers, working efficiently to prepare new business proposals for personal lines prospects and assisting writing producer with application submission and policy issue. Assist clients with renewal process independently, reviewing policies for correct coverage, soliciting rewrite quotes when necessary, and ensuring a smooth transition when moving policies to a new carrier. Handling direct and agency billed annual renewals Processing endorsements, accords, applications, and claims Review clients existing accounts for coverage recommendations Partake in weekly team meetings and monthly department meetings Ensure high levels of customers service interactions Work with agency producers with customer service-related task Ensure customers have the right coverages while identifying and resolving customer conflicts

What You Bring

5 + years experience in a Personal Lines Account Executive Position Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance Must hold a property & casualty insurance license Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products Knowledge of AMS preferred but not required You enjoy problem-solving with great, customer-service-minded solutions Teamwork is part of your DNA, and you are looking for an excellent opportunity to be a part of a team, learn from senior team members, and have a great career path You have excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and are dependable in getting the job done What We Offer
