We are seeking a motivated and professional Landscape Account Manager to join our growing team in Charleston, SC. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing commercial landscape portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on assigned commercial properties
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards
• Provide daily customer follow-up emails and maintain strong client relationships
• Hold landscape crews accountable for performance, safety, and timelines
• Identify opportunities and upsell enhancements or additional services
• Manage and track landscape equipment assigned to your accounts
• Support smooth scheduling, planning, and issue resolution across properties What We're Looking For
• Experience in landscape maintenance, account management, or similar field
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams and ensure quality service delivery
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple properties
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
