Insurance Sales Agent: We're currently seeking a motivated and service-minded Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Pulaski County. In this sales-driven role, you'll manage an existing book of business while actively seeking new clients and introducing them to our wide range of insurance products and services. Key Responsibilities

:

• Proactively generate and qualify leads
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop personalized insurance proposals and presentations
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products
• Meet and exceed sales activity targets and quotas
• Conduct in-depth needs analysis through client interviews
• Participate in team sales calls, shadowing, and presentations
• Maintain organized and accurate client files What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
