Overview

As a Licensed Medicare Agent (Health Plan Specialist), you will educate seniors on their healthcare options, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support. This is a relationship-driven, performance-based role ideal for individuals who are motivated, personable, and goal-oriented.

What You'll Do

:

• Generate leads through provider outreach, community events, health fairs, and outbound calls
• Conduct one-on-one sales appointments (in-person and telephonic) and complete compliant enrollments
• Build and maintain relationships with medical offices and community partners
• Provide ongoing member support and generate referrals
• Participate in training and continuous professional development What We're Looking For:
• Active Hawaii Life & Health Insurance License
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
