• Drive sales performance, profitability, and inventory strategy
• Set goals, track results, and improve team productivity
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotions
• Review deals, appraisals, and inventory aging
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a top-tier experience
• Collaborate with leadership on strategy, forecasting, and growth

What You Bring

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience in automotive sales management
• Excellent communication and business acumen
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
