We take pride in our customers and helping them with repairing their vehicles. As a BDC Rep, you will be working with our customers via phone, email, or text and building rapport with customers. The job also includes working within the CRM, addressing customer inquiries, maintaining positive relationships with our customers, and keeping them informed of upcoming appointments. Setting expectations for service visits. We are looking to hire individuals who are committed to our core values, and who are customer service driven. The responsibilities and qualifications are described below. We will provide on the job training and familiarize you with the departments and the necessary tools to perform the essential functions to be successful.

Responsibilities

:

• Receive inbound service calls
• Contact customers via phone, email, text
• Streamline service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Work with service department to manage service traffic
• Connect customers with service advisors, and management
• Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments

Qualifications

:

• Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
• Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
• Internet and web based applications experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication and customer service skills

• 8 hour shift Monday through Friday
• Alternating Saturdays
• 40 hours per week
• Opportunities for overtime Starting Salary: $17 to $19.00 hour per hour depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour
