$120,000 - $200,000+ Annual Earnings Pre-Qualified Leads No Cold Calling Year-Round Demand American Vintage Home is seeking a high-performing sales professional to join our growing team serving Chicago's North Shore and Greater Chicago area. This is a true consultative sales role. We provide homeowners who have already requested estimates for HVAC and plumbing projects. Your job is to build trust, identify needs, present solutions, and close business. • Meet with homeowners who have requested estimates
• Evaluate HVAC and plumbing systems
• Present repair and replacement solutions
• Build trust and deliver a great customer experience
• Close sales and generate referrals
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams What We're Looking For
• Proven ability to close sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and competitive mindset
• In-home sales experience preferred
• HVAC, remodeling, roofing, solar, automotive, or commission-based sales experience preferred
