This is not our traditional full team opportunity. The 80/20 Partner Model is designed for agents who want to keep more of their commission while remaining connected to an established real estate team, professional community, and proven business environment. • Experienced agents who already generate their own business

• Newer agents who are confident in their ability to prospect and build relationships
