At Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing, we're looking for a motivated Commercial Roofing Service Sales Account Manager who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers protect one of their largest investmentstheir commercial roof. What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for developing new business while managing existing customer relationships throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial service and reroof opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, and building owners
• Conduct roof inspections and identify repair, maintenance, and replacement opportunities
• Prepare and present professional proposals that address customer needs
• Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities
• Follow up on estimates and proposals to maximize sales conversion
• Utilize CRM software to manage leads, customer interactions, and sales activity
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Collaborate with estimators, operations, and marketing to provide an outstanding customer experience
• Represent Kodiak at networking events, trade organizations, and community functions
• Stay informed on industry trends, roofing systems, and competitive offerings
• Promote a culture of safety while visiting job sites What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, solving customer problems, and building lasting business relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outside sales experience (commercial construction, roofing, facilities, building products, or related industry preferred)
• Proven ability to develop new business and close sales
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Comfortable working independently in a field sales environment
• Experience using CRM software
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience preferred

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to climb ladders and access commercial roofs safely
• Ability to work outdoors during site visits in varying weather conditions
