Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share for a leading manufacturer of innovative healthcare solutions. This role is responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, managing key accounts, and growing sales through both direct customer engagement and a network of dealers, distributors, and manufacturer's representatives. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with experience selling into healthcare environments and a proven track record of developing new business, managing channel partners, and exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision-makers, including supply chain, nursing, facilities, and operations leaders.
- Manage a network of dealers, distributors, and manufacturer's representatives to maximize sales performance and market coverage.
- Conduct joint sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations with channel partners to identify opportunities and close business.
- Provide training, product education, and sales support to dealer and representative partners.
- Manage key accounts and develop long-term customer relationships through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that address operational and workflow challenges within healthcare environments.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer events, and professional conferences.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience managing dealers, distributors, manufacturer's representatives, or other channel partners preferred.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate technical product benefits to a variety of customer stakeholders.
- Experience selling to hospitals, healthcare systems, outpatient facilities, physician practices, or other healthcare environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to travel as needed within assigned territories.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience. Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
