Looking for a proven, motivated, experienced sales professional to build a sales territory in Cincinnati OH, Louisville KY and the surrounding area. This is a new territory expansion for Blue Ribbon Meats as it acquired Brandy Meats (Cincinnati OH) in 2022. The sky is the limit for the ambitious person who wants to put in the time and effort! Blue Ribbon Meats & Seafood is a family-run company proudly working in our seventh decade of business.. The guiding principle of Blue Ribbon is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers. The ideal candidate will exemplify exceptional customer service in all aspects of their work including phone work, meticulous follow-up and follow-through skills, onsite customer visits, and ever-developing product knowledge. The ideal candidate will: -5+ years experience in food sales -Work well independently -Have a background in food service -Be accountable -Be a self starter -Be able to generate new business, with cold calls and visits -Work hard to maintain existing business relationships, with regular visits and calls -Have strong networking skills -Be a strong multi-tasker -Work well in a fast-paced day Daily

Responsibilities

Include: -Visit both new and existing customers -Make daily sales calls to both new and existing customers to act as a professional, sales consultant for center-of-the-plate, protein solutions. - Key in daily orders using our custom ordering system -Be available for customer correspondence until daily order cut-off of 9pm. - Communicate pricing, product availability, and updates to customers in real time throughout the business day. - Make building customer relationships a priority -In this role, the sky is the limit!
