, and Financial Planning with many office throughout the DMV. Our Alexandria office is looking for a licensed P&C; Customer Service Rep. This person is responsible for the service, sales and retention of client accounts assigned to the call center. Managing client service needs new and renewal business, handling client questions and requests, policy checking and coverage review. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in P&C; Business.
• High School Graduate.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license or willing to obtain one within an agreed upon timeframe.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable with internet based programs as well as intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office products.
• Sets priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
• Maintain a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts. Ability to work in a team environment.
• Spanish Speaking is a benefit.
• Knowledge of Applied Epic software is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $34,928.00 - $87,859.00 per year
