What You'll Do

• Build Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for both walk-in and call-in customers. Deliver tailored solutions for contractors and commercial buyers.
• Drive Sales Growth: Follow up on quotes, assist with orders, and proactively win new business. This branch has a strong foundation; you'll help take it to the next level.
• Coordinate with the Team: Ensure deliveries and pickups are scheduled efficiently and smoothly. You'll work closely with operations, credit, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Own Your Results: Follow up with prospects, build your book of business, and effectively manage your accounts. Your earnings depend on your initiative.

What You Bring

• Experience in Inside sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Familiarity with construction or fencing is a plus, but not required Team-player mindset and the drive to hit goals. Uncapped Commission: Earn monthly commission.
