Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door marketing to engage potential customers and promote our products/services. Execute telemarketing campaigns to reach out to prospective clients and generate leads. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective marketing initiatives. Supervise and train new team members to ensure adherence to company standards. Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with a wider audience, enhancing outreach effectiveness. Gather market intelligence and feedback from customers to inform future marketing strategies. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Proven sales experience, preferably in a field marketing or related role. Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly and persuasively. Supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Bilingual proficiency is an asset, enhancing communication with diverse populations. Familiarity with door-to-door marketing techniques and telemarketing practices. Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs within the industry.
