Right now, one of Cincinnati/NKy's top-producing real estate teams (The Dwell Well Group) is looking for licensed real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team. Please only apply if you already have your real estate license. We are looking for agents who are ready, willing and able to do deals now! Agents with Dwell Well Group will easily close 1-5 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide while doing the daily activities required to succeed in this market. Dwell Well Group has partnered directly with the top lead sources. We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and close deals. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing deals right away. Dwell Well Group offers ongoing training and coaching to ensure that our agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition. Requirements

: You currently hold a license or you have your license in escrow, which you can easily make active. List and sell residential real estate. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers. Prepare market analysis to help determine property value Educate clients on basic real estate procedures Maintain your Real Estate License Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $48,000 - $300,000.00 per year Expected hours: 10 60 per week
