About the Role

: We're an independent insurance agency looking for a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our client service team. Why This Role Stands Out:

Pay Range

: $46,500.00-$70,000.00 based on experience and licensing. 4-day workweek (32 hours/week) Full-time salary No sales goals or cold calls Work with established clients only Use of Applied Epic agency management system Health benefits available

What You'll Do

:

• Handle client requests related to policy changes, billing, and coverage
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and documentation
• Use Applied Epic and carrier portals for daily servicing tasks
• Communicate with carriers to resolve service issues
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups What We're Looking For:
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
• Prior experience in a service or CSR role within insurance
• Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar AMS platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Clear, professional communication skills What We Offer:
