Cobabe Brothers Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand our commercial and residential customer base throughout the Greater Sacramento area. If you're a relationship builder who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and closing deals, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business with property managers, HOAs, commercial facilities, contractors, and homeowners.
• Build long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Visit job sites and customer locations throughout the Sacramento region.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement.
• Follow up on estimates and convert opportunities into completed projects.
• Coordinate with our service and operations teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. What We're Looking For
• Outside sales experience (home services, plumbing, HVAC, construction, restoration, or related industries preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• CRM experience is a plus. What We Offer
