Overview

We're hiring a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to be the face of this location. This role is about delivering best-in-class customer service , driving front-of-house sales performance , and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the high standard that has made this store a cornerstone in our success. This is an entry-level position with strong growth potential ideal for someone motivated, customer-focused, and results/commission-driven.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver an excellent first impression
• Clearly explain repair services, timelines, and pricing
• Generate sales of device repairs, accessories, and protection plans
• Track store metrics and contribute to achieving top-level performance goals
• Manage customer check-ins, estimates, and repair updates
• Support the repair team by maintaining smooth front-of-house operations
• Uphold our reputation as a proven, top-performing location

Requirements

• Strong customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
