Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Support for a new opportunity with our client, an industry-leading organization here in the Triad. Inside Sales Support will provide technical and administrative support to the sales process, providing quoting, order entry, and customer communication related to product sales.

• Temp to Hire
• $24 per hour
• Monday - Friday working 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and outside sales representatives through phone, email, and other digital communication platforms.
• Generate and distribute quotes for related materials based on customer requirements and project specifications.
• Conduct research on bid opportunities for upcoming and active projects.
• Accurately input and manage purchase orders within the company's ERP system.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, technical data requests, and customer questions to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange shipments, track orders, and coordinate delivery timelines.
• Assist in addressing order issues, product returns, and general customer service concerns.
• Provide support with sales reporting, documentation, and data entry tasks.
• Partner with production and inventory departments to verify stock availability and lead times.
• Develop and nurture strong working relationships with distributors, contractors, and direct customers.
• Manage filing systems, including sales orders, shipping documents, and customer-specific pricing.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
