Responsibilities

:

• Provide accurate product and service information to customers by addressing inquiries and offering assistance
• Listen attentively to customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations
• Continuously expand knowledge of our products, services, and promotions through company meetings and client webinars
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while meeting performance standards and exceeding customer expectations
• Engage in ongoing learning to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Establish and maintain customer relationships by initiating contact with customers, third parties, and vendors to generate sales
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference What We're Looking For in an AT &T Sales Associate:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
• A proactive individual with excellent time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and analytical skills
• Negotiation skills and an aptitude for closing sales with an emphasis on active listening and effective questioning
• Composure and professionalism under pressure, with a respectful and calm demeanor Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,200.00 per month Work Location: In person
