Townsend Ford is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of dedicated sales professionals. Responsibilities

• Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team.
• Work directly with our Team Members and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network.
• Provide support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Manage productivity of the sales department.
• Maintain good working relationship with the manufacturer and lending institutions.
• Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
• Present F&I; products and secure financing for customer deals for the sales team 1 day a week.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive Sales Manager experience.
• Must have proven track record with CSI and good performance.
• CDK, Route One, Vision Menu knowledge is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills.
• Outstanding communication skills with customers and employees.
