Overview

: We are seeking an experienced in-home sales professional with a strong construction background to meet with homeowners, present designs, draft proposals, and close deals. This is a full-commission role with 6 to 15 pre-set, vetted leads per week no cold calling required.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home sales consultations for kitchen and bath remodeling projects
• Review project designs and help homeowners select materials and finishes
• Draft and present detailed proposals based on customer needs and project scope
• Educate homeowners on remodeling processes, costs, and timelines
• Close deals and drive revenue to meet and exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with our project management team to ensure a smooth handoff

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience (kitchen, bath, or home improvement industry preferred)
• 3+ years of construction or remodeling experience (understanding of materials, labor, and design elements)
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to read and explain design layouts and project scopes
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a proven track record of closing sales
