We are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager who can drive results, lead from the front, and help take our sales organization to the next level. What We're Looking For 34+ years of Sales Management experience F &I; (Finance & Insurance) experience is NON-NEGOTIABLE Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals Strong closer who can work deals and maximize profitability High-energy, positive attitude, and team-player mentality Exceptional leadership, coaching, and accountability skills Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and retain top sales talent Strong communication and customer relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Drive sales growth while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
• Work closely with F&I; to maximize opportunities and profitability
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure sales processes are followed and goals are consistently met
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and success
