In this role, you will be the face of our company, meeting directly with homeowners to evaluate their property needs and deliver reliable, top-tier foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement solutions. This is a 100% straight-commission position tailored for a hungry, self-starting closer who wants their compensation to directly reflect their hard work and talentthe sky is the limit on what you can earn. Responsibilities

• Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
• Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
• Meet or exceed designated sales targets
• Create and implement an effective sales strategy
• Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
• Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in outside sales
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
