In just our second year, we've completed 150+ homes and built a reputation for professionalism, communication, and quality work. We're not a franchise we're a local, growing company focused on doing things the right way. Now we're looking for a sales professional who wants strong income without the chaos of traditional home improvement sales. Why This Role is Different If you've worked in windows, roofing, HVAC, or remodeling you already know:

• Long appointments
• High-pressure closes
• Nights and weekends
• Feast-or-famine leads This is not that. At ExoGuard:
• Pre-qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling)
• 4560 minute appointments (not 3-hour kitchen table closes)
• Simpler, more straightforward sale
• Tight service area (less windshield time)
• Consistent lead flow
• Strong close rates (40%+) You can make $90k$120k+ here without burning out.

What You'll Do

• Run 1520 in-home estimates per week across the Cincinnati area
• Meet homeowners, assess projects, and build trust quickly
• Create and present clear, professional proposals
• Close jobs on-site whenever possible
• Follow up on open opportunities and manage your pipeline
• Keep your CRM clean and organized
• Deliver a great customer experience from first touch to signed job What We're Looking For Must-Haves:
• Experience in in-home sales or consultative B2C sales
• (home improvement, HVAC, windows, roofing, etc.)
• Strong closer confident asking for the sale
• Self-managed and competitive
• Excellent communication skills (in person + phone)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Valid driver's license + reliable transportationBig Plus:
• Home improvement sales background
• Experience running 10+ appointments/week
• Comfortable discussing $3k$10k+ projects

Compensation

• Base: $30,000/year
• Commission: 5% on booked revenue
• Accelerator: Uncapped earnings beyond $1.5M Realistic Earnings:
• $1.5M booked = ~$105,000
