Sales Representative Company: True World Foods Location: Sacramento, CA Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (5:00 AM 2:00 PM) Salary: $50,400 per year

We are currently seeking full-time team members and look forward to having you join our team. Role Summary We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent our brand, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales through product knowledge and excellent service. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits and communication
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Present product features, pricing, and promotions clearly and effectively
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage delivery routes and customer visits efficiently while following safety guidelines
• Load and unload products (up to 50 lbs)
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and route schedules

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous sales, route sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic math skills for pricing and order calculations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with route driving or delivery-based sales
• Familiarity with Japanese cuisine or food distribution industry
• Multilingual skills (Japanese and/or Chinese are a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Compensation

& Growth

• Competitive base pay (based on experience).
• Employees typically remain on a base salary during their first year, depending on performance and progression. After the first year, there is an opportunity to transition to a salary + commission structure, offering increased earning potential based on results. Pay: $50,400.00 per year
