Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management.
• Conduct sales activities, including prospecting and lead generation.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
• Previous experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is a plus.
