We're seeking an Account Manager who loves building relationships, solving problems, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure properties reflect Maven's high standards
• Present enhancement ideas that add value
• Lead crews and coordinate with operations for smooth, timely results
• Keep clients happy and projects profitable What We're Looking For
• Experience managing client accounts (landscape or similar industry preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, proactive, and dependable
• Knowledge of Central Texas plants & irrigation (a plus)
