Responsibilities

of the Junior Sales Representative

• Meet with business customers and discuss their telecommunications needs
• Present wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Generate new sales opportunities and support customer acquisition efforts
• Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Track customer interactions, leads, and sales activity using company systems
