We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our iconic Harley-Davidson dealership. The ideal candidate is passionate about Motorcycles sales, possesses excellent negotiation skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, competitive setting. Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
• Drive motorcycle, F&I;, and accessory sales performance
• Create and execute sales strategies to exceed dealership goals
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and dealership culture
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and sales processes
• Train and coach staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous H-D Sales Manager preferred
• Management experience required
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid motorcycle endorsement required
