Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of HVAC equipment across various properties. Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, and appliances.
• Conduct installation of new HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize tools such welding equipment to repair electrical components and mechanical parts.
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each job performed.
• Assist with plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems and property maintenance projects as needed.
• Drive company vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to various job sites; possess or obtain a valid driver's license. Skills
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete repairs efficiently
• Professional attitude and strong customer service skills Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Experience:
