What You'll Actually Do This role is built around professional communication and relationship building. You will meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and help connect them with the right solutions. Your responsibilities include:
• Build relationships with homeowners and identify roofing concerns
• Explain inspection findings and available solutions clearly
• Help customers navigate the next steps in the roofing process
• Partner with specialists to create a smooth customer experience
• Participate in regular training designed to strengthen your skills You will gain confidence, sales ability, and leadership experience through real conversations and consistent coaching. • Sales Representative: $6,000 to $12,000 per month
• Roofing Specialist: $9,000 to $18,000 per month
• Sales Manager: $250,000+ annually
