In this role, you will be responsible for working as part of a team, helping clients understand their insurance options, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in insurance, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options.
• Working to generate new leads and expand the client base.
• Administer benefits and assist clients with claims processing as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Familiarity with EPIC program is a plus.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Experience with technology.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to work well with a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
