We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. You will leverage your sales skills and knowledge of insurance policies to build lasting relationships with clients and help them navigate their options effectively.

Duties

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify competitive insurance products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
• Provide guidance on benefits administration and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and new product offerings. Skills Strong desire to be financially healthy. The second year can be better than your first.
• Strong background in sales, particularly in insurance sales or retail sales environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze client needs and market conditions effectively.
• Proficient in negotiating deals that benefit both the client and the company.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and familiarity with HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
