• Assisting with inspections and customer follow-up
• Explaining timelines, restoration processes, and available solutions
• Participating in regular training and performance meetings PAY AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT Premier Roofing provides a straightforward compensation plan featuring performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission opportunities.
• Sales Representatives: $6,000-$12,000 per month
• Senior Producers: $9,000-$18,000 per month
• Sales Managers: $250,000+ annually
