Cox Chevrolet is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Internet Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers who inquire online about our vehicles. Your primary responsibility is to respond quickly to internet leads, build relationships with prospective customers, answer questions, and schedule appointments for our sales team. No cold callingour customers are reaching out to us first.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to internet leads via phone, text, email, and online chat.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Schedule and confirm dealership appointments.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals for lead response and appointment setting.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Cox Chevrolet brand. What We're Looking For
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred.
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required we provide training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
