You must have the knowledge and skills to work deals from beginning to end. Ability to screen and hire staff. Manage sales goals and help the sales team achieve their goals. Must have a positive "can do" attitude.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience of automotive management/ sales experience
• Desire and motivation to develop sales, service and leadership skills
• Steady work history with a proven track record of strong selling skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
• Easily adaptable and versatile
• Proficient computer, typing, and social media skills
• The ability to stand, walk and sit for long periods of time inside and outside. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
