What You'll Be Doing Every day is an opportunity to build relationships and grow our business. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers at the front counter with product selection, pricing, and order processing
• Answering incoming phone calls and accurately entering customer orders
• Developing new sales opportunities through phone calls, email, referrals, online research, and prospecting
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
• Identifying customer needs and recommending products and solutions
• Preparing quotes and following up to closing sales opportunities
• Collaborating with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

(Preferred Experience)

• Previous Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Experience (Required)
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
• Proven ability to generate and develop new sales opportunities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and order entry systems
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
