Compensation

We have two divisions, Stafford Technology which focuses on our client's IT needs and a creative division, Portfolio Creative which delivers marketing and creative solutions to those same clients. Due to growth, we're expanding our Account Management team. Account Manager

Qualifications

:

• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated with a persevering attitude

• Proven track record in account management and relationship building

Responsibilities

:

• Pose meaningful questions to understand client needs
• Translate client requirements clearly to internal teams
• Implement best practices in business development and account management
• Build and maintain client relationships through various communication channels
• Drive new business opportunities and manage open job orders
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage client expectations effectively
• Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals while adhering to schedule
• Gain expertise in IT consulting, staffing, and recruiting services Specifications: Required:
• 2+ years' experience in account management with face-to-face interaction
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient communication skills (verbal, written, electronic)
• Ability to attend evening networking events Desired:
• Previous experience in account management or relevant roles
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in CRM or ATS software and MS Office
• Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail

Compensation

:

• Base salary with performance-based incentives
• Full benefits package, including CTO and birthday off

• Hybrid (M/F remote, W-TH onsite) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
