Roofing Sales Team Lead (1099) Build & Lead Your Own Sales Team Experienced Roofing Sales Professionals Wanted This is not a traditional management position. We are looking for an experienced roofing sales professional who is ready to take the next step not just by selling more, but by building something bigger. We are looking for someone who can recruit, develop, and lead your network of motivated roofing sales representatives while continuing to produce personally. About the Role

As a Roofing Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in growing the sales organization. You will be responsible for: Recruiting and helping onboard new roofing sales representatives Building and developing your own sales team Leading by example through personal production Coaching reps on sales processes, customer relationships, and accountability Helping team members develop the habits needed to succeed Creating a culture focused on growth, professionalism, and results What We're Looking For Roofing sales experience required Proven track record of personal sales success Experience mentoring, training, or leading others preferred Strong understanding of storm restoration and insurance claims Ability to recruit and identify strong sales talent Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable Someone who leads through action, not just words What We Provide Great leaders need a great platform.
