Overview

Join our leadership team as a Route Sales Branch Manager at our Monroe, Louisiana distribution center. In this dual-focus leadership role, you will oversee our local Borden milk delivery routes, while actively driving business growth with schools and local businesses. You will lead and manage a team of dedicated route drivers, optimize the operations of the distribution and sales branch and ensure compliance with DOT and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including route delivery execution and transport operations.
• Drive business growth through new sales opportunities and market expansion.
• Enforce federal and state compliance regulations, including vehicle inspections, DOT medical cards, and health safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise a team of delivery, sales and transport drivers.
• Audit and optimize daily delivery schedules to maximize operational efficiency while ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Monitor branch metrics, track delivery accuracy, manage operational budgets and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on route delivery experience.
• Proven track record of management or supervisory leadership over a driving team or logistics branch.
• A CDL Class B or Class A is required.
• Strong familiarity with multi-stop logistics and local commercial routes.
• Strong understanding of profit & loss management and budgeting.
• High school diploma required (Degree in business or logistics preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Route Accounting Software.
• Deep understanding of DOT regulations and commercial food safety/refrigeration compliance Pay: $67,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
