Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotes, orders, and project coordination
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments
• Assist with tracking orders and ensuring timely follow-up
• Help maintain organized and accurate project information
• Provide administrative support for ongoing projects and daily operations

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with a sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
