Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Demonstrate Poultry product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Keep the sales area organized, clean, and visually appealing. Experience
• Previous experience in Poultry Construction and Equipment sales or customer service is required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
