Job Description

: Join one of the newest and fastest-growing Farmers Insurance agencies in Elk Grove as a Sales Producer/CSR! We offer a competitive base salary plus generous commission splits on new business. (Unlimited Income Potential). As a Sales Producer/CSR, you will have access to a wide variety of cutting-edge and exclusive insurance products that Farmers offers. No experience is necessary if you have confidence in your customer and sales skills; please apply. We provide a $40,000/year marketing budget and leads for every producer

Responsibilities

: Servicing existing customer insurance needs Marketing to existing agency clients for additional insurance products (Auto, Home, Business, and Life) Marketing insurance products to new customers (Auto, Home, Business, and Life) All training and support are provided within the Agency.

Requirements

: CA Property and Casualty license is preferred but not required. CA Life and Health License is a plus Insurance sales experience is preferred but not required Being bilingual is a plus High school diploma/GED required; College degree is preferred (not required) Sales, marketing, or customer service experience Excellent communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit with a fearless and positive attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through skills Desire to continually learn new products and services.
