What You'll Do

• Participate in a comprehensive learning program that develops your ability to deliver holistic financial advice to clients.
• Gain valuable hands-on sales and marketing experience while learning how to grow your own business.
• Build prospecting and networking skills through community engagement, social media, and personal relationships.
• Master the process of providing tailored financial solutions from proposal to policy while supported by top-tier mentors.
• Learn how to educate, empower, and guide families toward lifelong financial confidence. What We Can Offer You
• Hourly Wage: $16/hour during the trainee period (only for 30 days).
• Promotion: Upon completion, you'll advance to Financial Representative with an annual base plus unlimited monthly sales incentives.
• $1,000 bonus after successful completion and promotion.
• Education-based Accelerator Program that transitions you to an independent Financial Advisor career.

• Willingness to obtain required Life & Health insurance licenses (before starting the program we will provide licensing coach and study materials and fees acquired.
• Ability to pass a CRD/FINRA background check and complete securities licensing within 24 months.
• Reliable transportation. Preferred (but not required):
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
• Prior exposure to the insurance, financial, or sales industries.
