We're a close-knit, family-oriented team that supports one another while delivering an incredible client experience from start to finish. The Role You'll be the voice of our luxury brand building genuine relationships with potential clients over the phone and booking them into portrait sessions. No cold calling. You'll work from proven scripts, schedule appointments using our industry software, and collect session reservation holds during your calls.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling)
• Build rapport and schedule appointments using our booking software
• Meet daily and weekly booking targets
• Represent our brand with energy, warmth, and professionalism
• In-Office Position (Colorado Springs) What We're Looking For
• Upbeat, positive attitude non-negotiable
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in phone sales or appointment setting preferred, but not required
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• $43,680 - $68,880/year ($21/hour base + bonuses)
• Performance bonuses: $10 per booking after 20 bookings/week, $15 per booking after 35 bookings/week (top performers can add $2,100+/month)
