Titusville Ford is hiring Sales Managers now! Looking for hard workers that will help us grow! This individual will be responsible for desking deals, appraising cars, and follow up with staff and customers on prospects. The Sales Manager will manage the sales process from start to finish. Must be able to establish and meet monthly sales goals. This person must have:

• Either a minimum of 3-5 years of Automotive experience in Sales at a dealership and/or F&I experience at a dealership.
• Must be a team player and be willing to get in front of customers.

Responsibilities

:

• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
• Serves as a liaison between sales department and other departments.
• Identifies customer concerns, needs, and expectations so that action plans can be determined and implemented.
• Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
• Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.

Qualifications

:

• We are seeking an Experienced Individual with Automotive Sales experience to join our team.
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
