TradeSource is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow our business throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Responsibilities

• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships with electrical and construction contractors throughout your territory
• Conduct in-person sales meetings, jobsite visits, and client presentations.
• Identify customers' workforce needs and provide staffing solutions for skilled tradespeople.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while expanding market share.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close new business.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure clients receive qualified employees quickly.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline in the CRM.
• Represent TradeSource professionally at industry events and networking functions.
• Travel throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience (staffing or construction industry preferred).
• Proven track record of developing new business and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing a multi-state territory.
• Comfortable making cold calls and developing new client relationships.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
