Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for a full-time Licensed Insurance Agent with a great company in Hot Springs, AR. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000$60,000 per year plus commission, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and experienced in building and maintaining client relationships while identifying new insurance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and ongoing account support
• Network and prospect for new clients
• Actively prospect, round accounts, and solicit increases in existing client coverage
• Obtain the best coverage and rates for insured clients
• Process quotes and follow up as needed with inspections, photos, and required documentation
• Provide consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Sales and/or telemarketing experience
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Active Property & Casualty license and Life & Health Insurance license (must already be obtained)
