Our firm is taking their years of retail marketing experience and launching a brand new client focused on promotional campaigns in the automotive sector. In order to successfully execute our upcoming events, we are hiring a Retail Sales Rep - Car Key Technician immediately. The Retail Sales Rep - Car Key Technician will be responsible for qualifying prospects, managing sales of products and services, executing locksmith duties and programming of car remotes. Our client is seeking to hire a Retail Sales Car Key Technician:

Responsibilities

:

• Programming keys, re-keying and cutting to code
• Creating automotive keys and programming transponders
• Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales
• Manage on-site Inventory
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions

Requirements

:

• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Evaluate customer needs, recommended solutions and quickly build relationships.
• Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred
• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision
• Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
